Teriyaki CauliShoots Rice Bowl

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 25 minutes

You'll need:

  • 250g CauliShoots
  • 2 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 250g cooked brown rice
  • 100g radishes, finely sliced
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 100g edamame
  • Sesame seeds, toasted
  • 2 spring onion, finely sliced
  • Lime wedges, to serve

What to do:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200℃.
  2. Toss the CauliShoots with the teriyaki sauce, vegetable oil and seasoning on a baking tray. Put into the oven and roast for 25 minutes.
  3. Divide the rice between two bowls. Top with the radishes, carrot, edamame and roasted CauliShoots. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and spring onions and serve with the lime wedges
